Scope and contact

This policy covers the TELLZIE website and inquiries sent through its email contact option. For privacy questions or requests, email cole@tellzie.com.

Information you choose to provide

The contact page asks for your name, email address, business name, an optional website address, and what you would like your video to explain. Selecting “Preview your message” prepares text in your browser; it does not submit the information to TELLZIE. “Open email draft” passes that text to your email application. TELLZIE receives it only if you choose to send the email.

A sent inquiry includes the information you provide and normal email details, such as the sender address and message time. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Website requests and hosting

Netlify hosts this website. When your browser requests a page, font, image, or video, hosting services process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver the website and support its operation and security. Provider logs and their retention are governed by the hosting provider’s practices. See Netlify’s privacy policy for more information.

Cookies, tracking, and media

The current website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics tools, cookies, or local-storage profiles. Fonts and videos are served as website files rather than third-party video embeds. Your browser, email application, and hosting services may maintain their own technical records or settings.

Use and sharing

Information in an inquiry enables TELLZIE to understand what you are asking about and respond. Hosting and email providers process information when delivering the website or handling a sent email. Your email provider and the provider receiving TELLZIE inquiries process sent messages under their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Information entered only for the local preview is not saved by this website to a server or browser-storage database. A sent email becomes part of the email correspondence. Contact TELLZIE to ask about the retention of an inquiry or to request its deletion.

Website and email services have their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can visit without sending an inquiry, leave the optional website field blank, or close the draft without sending it. Email TELLZIE if you want to ask what inquiry information it holds, correct information you supplied, or request deletion. Rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and circumstances.
